  • Interesting story that mostly has me wondering how it will tie in to the rest of series The first novella could have basically been in the novel right before it The 2nd did have a purpose since it wasn t a story that really fit into the book it was before, but it explained who Deshin was and why Flint suddenly would be willing to work with him So I really hope that this one does the same thing and isn t just something Rusch wanted to explore a little, but doesn t tie in.

  • Really fits into the over all story well I did the audio book and the narration was great If you are into the anniversary day saga you need to try to put this one in early if possible and it will fit better as the story flows

  • Short and sweet, from yet another legal perspective of the bizarre human alien universe similar to the Recovery Man s Bargain, back story on the Black Fleet is provided.

  • Great story set in the Impossibles, one aspect of the Earth Alliance judicial system I love these looks at other aspects of the Retrieval Artist Universe.
